Missing / Wrong Items

If your order is delivered with missing or wrong item(s) simply follow these steps so we can have your order corrected.
Email us at support@flavorgod.com and send us the following information.
- A photo of your pick slip that was inside your package
- List the wrong or missing item(s)
Once we have received your information, we will ship out a replacement order right away. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information!
